How do I find a product?
Browse by category or use search. You can filter the collection by brand, price, model and size, then save favourites with the heart icon.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges and your total are shown on the review page before payment. If online checkout is unavailable, please call us to confirm delivery charges and timing.
Can I return an item?
Return eligibility and conditions need to be confirmed with us before you order. Contact us with the product name and your question.
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order label means the item is not currently available for immediate fulfilment. Please confirm timing before ordering. Medium Crew T-Shirts are currently listed for pre-order.
How do I place an order?
Build a bag and select Review your bag. When online checkout is available, enter your Singapore delivery details and continue to HitPay. A sandbox label means test payments only. Your order is confirmed after payment is verified. If checkout is unavailable, please call us.
Where are my saved products and bag stored?
Your saved products and bag stay in this browser on this device. They are not connected to an account. Checkout submits your selected items and delivery details to the shop to prepare your order. Clearing browser data removes your saved bag and payment reference.
